(2)到顾客办公室或家中访问,进门之前先按门铃或轻轻敲门,然后站在门口等候。按门铃或敲门的时间不要过长,无人或未经主人允许,不要擅自进入室内。

瑞士人作风严谨、保守并讲究信誉。但有时也带有顽固的一面,与他们洽谈业务,必须要有耐心。一旦对方决定购买你的产品,几乎就会无限期地一直买下去。相反,如果对方流露出了“不”字,你也 就没有必要继续努力了。因为他们很少轻易改变主意。
瑞士的大宗出口商品有精密及光学仪器、钟表、机械、化学制品、药品、纺织品、玻璃制品、食品等。其中钟表驰名全球,医药品出口居世界首位。瑞士主张自由贸易,自由竞争。目前已与世界上170多个国家和地区建立贸易往来,但其重点仍是西欧。德国是最大的贸易伙伴。
